There are oodles of Disney planning books out there - you can find them all on the shelf of your local bookstore. Some people will buy them all in preparation for their trip. Over the years I have bought a few and my very favorite book remains to be the Passporter series!
These books have it all. Reviews, tips, places to write down your own plans and thoughts. Even a nice way to keep track of things on your trip, like memorable moments, expenses and receipts. The book is lightweight and fits easily in your park bag.
On our first Disney trip I used my Passporter as my Disney Bible! If you are going on a Disney trip I do recommend Passporter as a great tool - it's easy to read and not overwhelming. They also have specialty books and ebooks that cover things like Disney wedding, allergies, and more.
